Prices are in U.S. Dollars. While Riema USA LLC strives to keep prices constant, unexpected price increases due to vendor or economical reasons may occur. Typographical errors and prices are subject to change without notice. Items will be invoiced at prices current at the time of shipment.
Shipping Costs
While our competitors charge freight charges over $200, Riema USA LLC is committed to offer the lowest shipping charges possible. We charge between $9 and $30 per tool and $5 per 10-pack of replacement wires for shipping for all orders. (Orders from Europe are shipped from our facility in Germany).

Sales Tax
Riema USA LLC is required by law to collect sales tax on shipments within the state of Utah. There will not be any sales tax charged to orders billed and shipped to other states.
Orders/Shipping
You will receive an order confirmation to acknowledge that we have received your order. Orders are processed during regular business hours Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm MST. Orders received before 12pm local time will ship the same day. Orders after 12pm will ship the next day and will arrive in 1 - 7 business days from shipping date. All shipping dates are based on receipt of a firm order from the Buyer with complete information and payment contained therein. Riema USA LLC shall not be liable for failure or delay in delivery due to acts of God, or any other causes beyond Riema USA LLC's reasonable control, whether of similar or dissimilar nature than those enumerated. Riema USA LLC shall have such additional time within which to perform as may be reasonably necessary under the circumstances. In no event shall Riema USA LLC be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or claims for labor resulting from failure or delay in delivery. Riema USA LLC reserves the right to invoice and the Buyer agrees to pay for any or all material ready for shipment when shipment is held up pursuant to the Buyer's instructions or for other reasons beyond Riema USA LLC's control. You may call or email us at any time to the status of the existing order. Items are shipping from nearest factory or stocking warehouse. WE CANNOT DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES. Unless otherwise specified in our sales quotation or provided for by contract, (a) all transportation charges shall be paid by the Buyer; (b) custom duties, consular fees, insurance charges and other applicable charges shall be borne by the Buyer; and (c) with respect to the sales of goods, title and risk of loss shall pass to the Buyer FOB shipping point, unless otherwise specifically accepted by Riema USA LLC in writing. Unless requested in writing by the Buyer, Riema USA LLC insures no shipments against damage or loss in transit. In cases where Buyer requests insurance, Riema USA LLC acts only as agent between Buyer and the insurance company and assumes no liability whatsoever.
Backorders
If an item is back ordered the item will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available. You may call or email us at any time to the status of the existing order.
Errors
Riema USA LLC is not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or product information. You will be notified within 1 business day via-e-mail if this should happen. Occasionally products are discontinued with little or no notice. If this should happen with an item that you have ordered we will contact you within 1 business day to let you know if there are other options. If there are no other options we will cancel that item.
Cancellations/Returns
All cancellations of orders must be approved by Riema UAS LLC. Riema USA LLC will not accept return goods without being notified prior. Under no circumstances will return goods be accepted after 14 days from the date of shipment. Shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstance. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with original packing slip, packing materials, and warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any claims or discrepancies in the shipment must be made within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise. Discontinued or liquidation products are not returnable. All credits and returned products are subject to inspection. Riema USA LLC reserves the right to decline the return or credit of any product deemed misused or non-saleable.
Damages
We take great care in filling, checking, and packing your order and make every effort to ensure your full satisfaction. Please check all merchandise carefully upon arrival. Damaged or defective goods must be reported to Riema USA LLC within 2 business days of receipt of shipment. Claims for goods lost or damaged in transit must be filed with the carrier. Should a shipment arrive visibly damaged, REFUSE THE SHIPMENT and call us at 1-801-628-8287 to request a replacement.
